PITCHPYRE, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Suno Library Pro (the "Extension") handles information when you use our Chrome browser extension.

Important: Suno Library Pro does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or user data. This extension operates entirely within your browser and respects your privacy completely.

What the Extension Does:

The Extension operates entirely locally in your browser to:

All processing happens locally on your device. Nothing is sent to us or any third party.

Permissions Explained

The Extension requests the following Chrome permissions. Here's exactly what each one is used for:

1. Storage Permission

• Purpose: Save your settings locally (e.g., preferred download format, debug mode preference)
• Data Location: Stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API
• Access: Only you and the Extension can access this data

2. Downloads Permission

• Purpose: Enable the Extension to trigger file downloads to your computer
• What It Does: Allows the Extension to use Chrome's download API to save files you request
• Data Handling: Files are downloaded directly from Suno.com's servers to your device

3. Scripting Permission

• Purpose: Inject the Extension's interface elements into Suno.com pages
• What It Does: Adds checkboxes, toolbar, and download functionality to suno.com
• Scope: Only affects suno.com pages, no other websites

4. ActiveTab Permission

• Purpose: Interact with the currently active tab when you're on suno.com
• What It Does: Detects when you're viewing your Suno library to activate features
• Scope: Limited to the active tab, only when you're on suno.com

5. Host Permissions (https://suno.com/*)

• Purpose: Required to add features and functionality to Suno.com
• What It Does: Allows the Extension to read and modify suno.com pages to add our interface
• Scope: Only suno.com, no other websites are accessed

Third-Party Services

Suno.com Interaction

The Extension interacts directly with Suno.com's website and API to:

• Read song information displayed on your library page
• Request download authorization using your existing Suno.com session
• Initiate WAV file conversions through Suno's API
• Download files from Suno's CDN servers

Important Notes:

• The Extension uses your existing authentication session with Suno.com
• We do not intercept, store, or transmit your Suno credentials
• All communication is directly between your browser and Suno.com
• We do not control Suno.com's privacy practices or data handling

No Analytics or Tracking

Unlike many extensions, Suno Library Pro does NOT use:

• Google Analytics
• Third-party tracking scripts
• Error reporting services that transmit data
• Advertising networks

Data Storage

Local Storage Only

The only data stored by the Extension is:

• User Preferences: Your selected download format (MP3/WAV/Both) and debug mode setting
• Storage Method: Chrome's local storage API
• Location: Stored locally on your device only
• Access: Only accessible by the Extension on your device
• Deletion: Automatically deleted when you uninstall the Extension

No Cloud Storage

We do not use any cloud services, databases, or external servers to store any information related to your use of the Extension.

Children's Privacy

The Extension is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we don't collect any personal information from anyone, this policy applies to all users regardless of age.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect any personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide access to, correct, delete, or export.
